Thank you for shopping with 4M’S&T CraveCart. We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Returns
– Due to the nature of our products (nuts, biltong, and other food items), we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
– Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
– Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Refunds
– Refunds will only be processed for approved return requests.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we
receive and inspect the returned item.
– If the item is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you by email or phone.
3. Exchanges
– We do not offer exchanges due to food safety regulations.
– In cases where an incorrect item was delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
– Perishable goods such as nuts, biltong, dried fruit, and other consumable items cannot be returned once opened.
– Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are non-refundable.
